Júlio Tavares da Cunha
Founder, Partner and Executive Director of Casalusa since 1994.
He was born in Santo António do Zaire/Angola and as it is never to early to become an entrepreneur and successful manager, he was able to identify potential business opportunities. At the same time, he was always motivated to turn his ideas into action and very soon he became the Executive Director for several companies in Portugal.
Later on, he moved into new areas, by expanding to textiles, livestock and confection areas but since 1980, focus has been in the real estate sector through the consolidation of large investments on this area in several regions of Portugal.
On the other hand, he was envolved on the strategy and development of Casalusa's Real Estate Projects, both in Lisbon as in Cascais or Vilamoura and Praia da Luz (Vila das Acacias) and today he is responsible for the Kick off of the New Project in Praia da Luz – Blue Bay Hills.
Luís Bernardo Rolo
Experienced Civil Engineer from Instituto Superior Técnico, with a Postgraduation Degree in Management from Universidade Nova de Lisboa.
He was born in Lisbon in 1962 and has extensive knowledge of engineering principles, specifications and standards as well as proven track record of the implementation and conclusion of projects.
As manager in several national economic groups, he has been the leader of commercial and/or real estate departments, also being responsible for the liasion with official entities as well as engineering and/or architecture offices.
He is Founder and Partner of Casalusa since 1994 and from 2011 on, he is the Executive Director of Casalusa, being the Focal Point with External Entities, Partners and/or Service Providers and also with the Technical Offices or Builders involved in current projects.
